Garlic-Soy Green Beans

This is a simple, versatile side dish that cooks quickly & is easy to make in bulk for dinners & gatherings. This dish can also be gluten free if you use gluten free soy sauce. Let the green beans get some pan marks while they are cooking. Tonight I served these as a side dish with Citrus Glazed Pork Belly.
